Nikos journey in Ioniki has been a challenging experience so far.
Starting in 2011 he organized the export department literally from scratch and under his leadership & sharp sales skills, significant business development was achieved.
Export sales multiplied X 12 times in 6 years, when Eridanous project is excluded from the international sales turover, and X 35 times when included. What is more, customer retention reached the 95% of the active clientele.
Under his guidance customer service provided by all memebers of the export department was gradually build to international standards , while at the same time overdue invoices were kept below company’s average
Last but not least his academic and practical background in International marketing, enhanced drastically the branding of the inernational retail line. He actively contributed along with his team members from the concept till the excecution of new product launches and various ATL & BTL activities in foreign markets (Ant1 satelite and Ant1 pacific ads, Co-branding with Dodoni, product catalogues, exhibition stands etc)
Need to be highlighted that all the above happened because my company (Ioniki and mr. George Portokalidis in my case) trusted me and gave me the pitch and the basic tools to do my job
